Hey i am still experiencing problems with setting up my mir server however i feal i am getting so i close i have now came across this error and i think my files are setup correct also!!

EDIT: I can create an acount and get all the way to making a char after i type my char name and click ok nothing happens! PLease advise me!!

This has been answered untold times, why did you make a new thread when you posted exactly the same thing on the thread below this one? :eek:

Anyway, READ and IMPLEMENT the changes to the SQL tables that are in the update.doc

The top 5 dates are the ones you need to do.

Ive posted specifically what needs to be done in another thread if you use search you will find it.

if your using a router then i have not got a clue but it looks to me like
SQLHost=localhost
should be
SQLHost=(local)

unless localhost is for routers , i had problems making a char when i had localhost in my dbsrc and !setup.txt so i ctried 127.0.0.1 and then (local) and the (local) worked.

or you could do as Karl says :P or even Adamsy
