DBServer.exe = Disconnected!

please sum1 help
i had this new pc off a week and with the hold pc i hosted a server without any prob...
now with this i cant coz:
dbserver.exe wont connect dunno why
and M2server.exe is ok no errors but gate0 wont open!

please sum1 help i hate this new pc >.< lol

Make sure all the files in the DBServ200 folder, have all the right information in them, like the IP ect...

alrdy checked all ips are correct and the same
anyway when i try run it offline it works
when i try run it online doesnt!
i used unpnp for problems with m2server.exe.....

Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete, go to Processes and end SVCHOST.EXE - LOCAL SERVICE (Not SYSTEM SERVICE)

thats if your on Windows XP

If they work offline, they should work online too, but maybe try a diff set of server files

You say it run's fine offline but won't work online, in that case it must be the ip's as that is the only thing different between the two modes.

What do you use to start the server up?

i tryed to run it by clicking all the progs and now i tryed with serverstarter but its the same.....

Ok well, maby you have missed some IPs? Try starting it with a ServerStarter and see if you still get the problem.

i used a server starter but i sed that when i put 127.0.0.1 (offline) server works very well
when i put my own ip it doesnt

Hmm i don't have a clue, you on a Router/LAN ?

use a server starter and use the find my ip option, also if its disconnected, restart your pc and it should be fine, happens to me quite often for sum reason

aye thats the prob use neo pumas server starter, use that to change ur ips and should work, i now this cause it happend to meh :P

OffT - i didnt like NeoPuma's server starter... i use 1 that RichyBe made =/

OnT - If its the Db exe thingy that aint responding(stating Disconnected) it will have sommin to do with that folder...
