Pretty nice. Can't say much about it at all really. Only real difference is that yours is lighter.

It's good and done well, but vectoring a cartoon kind of defeats the point...It doesn't add creativity etc as you have the colours infront of you, for example if you vectored a photo you would have to choose the colours/blends to pull it off.

Well I was trying out my pen tool, the reason I did DBZ was because I can never find a clean DBZ picture, they are always small & pixelated and/or dithered. But if you can do better, show me =]

I hate vector and I never said I could do better lol? It doesn't mean that it's still way too basic, I really hate people that say well do better then. An example: Simon Cowell can't sing yet he can tell who can and can't sing. Like I can tell that this piece isn't creative, but ok you were testing the pen tool. Great.

You say that vectoring a cartoon defeats the point whereas I don't see any difference, if I was to vector a person it would have took me longer, that's all.

Well no as the lines and colours ( pretty much what vector is ) are already there in this anime, You've used the exact same colours and shading as the original, just made it block colour...So if anything it's a colour touch up. I'm no judge of talent but I know what i'm talking about lol.

Hardly, you say you don't even do vectoring, put that dbz picture into photoshop and zoom in, you'll see it's dithered and not easy to pick the right colour.

Colour picker and click about abit, I don't have to do vectoring to understand what makes a good vector image and what makes a poor vector image...You're being abit silly now bud.

Well whatever you think as you wish, I'm quite proud of my first try at vectoring and if they are not up to your OMGFFSTHISPWNS anime vectors you wank over on deviantart then I apologise Tx.
