dedi connect problem

we have changed all the ip's to global ip and still can't connect to dedi with mir2.exe ( dedi isn't on router )
has any1 with experience in dedi encoutered such thing? is there something to do which we don't know ?

Have you tried leaving most of the ips 127.0.0.1 and just changing the 3 ips you would asif you was behind a router to the global ip? worth a try.
