Delay in reward distribution for the 4 year Anniversary Payback Event

We are truly grateful for all the Dragonians who have shown so much interest in the 4 year anniversary Payback Event!


With the beginning of the event, many Dragonians have attempted to connect to the official homepage, causing a sudden increase in traffic. The unstable connection to the homepage has been fixed. However, due to the numerous reward claim requests, we have confirmed that there is a delay in the distribution of rewards.


Currently, the rewards are being distributed in order as usual. We are implementing a fix to our system to alleviate the delay issue. Until the fix is implemented, please wait for a while after clicking on the ‘Obtain Rewards’ button.
