The global player count has dropped around 35% at peak time since 2004, whereas the 3-4am traffic remains about the same.

Now at 6pm-10pm a server can reasonably expect to pull around 15-40 players if its good, and 5-15 if its not so good. Unless you can pull players from outside the LOMCN pool.

Need any furthur info?

Well I don't have a program that tells me how hard it is to pull :P - but what I can tell you is that recently I've not seen more than 2 LOMCN servers catch 15-40 in one night.

As for exp rates - "Mir2 server help" caters for questions about setting up a server.

Its quite simple to Understand, time has moved on, Mir has not - go compare Mir2 to Lord of the Rings : battle for Middle Earth 2 and tell me which you think looks better !!
