I think Depress is cheating ,always using Shoulder Dash hit me before Shoulder dash Finished, can Gm look in to it?

This, its likely that if someone is cheating and they know they have been reported, that they would then turn said cheat off for a duration... We won't ban people just because you say they are cheating, we will ban people if we believe they are cheating.
