He is saying that the server is different from other servers, more advanced for a start.

And he then goes onto say in a new paragraph/sentence about how they have a social life etc and they aint on 24/7 working on the server.

How does someone posting on a forum saying when will it be up slow the server progress down, the server team will not be effected by it in anyway and what will take less than a minute to read and reply tbh.
