With Red/Green poison, deva and shitsu and SFB hitting u they easy doing 150+ damage between the 5 things...... I fort tao's in iwt number on times (supermeds) and cnt even get close to him as all he needs to do is red and green run other side on map and have deva/shitsu doing all the work and he sfb from afar!!! plus he a quick f*ker

If every single one of the three including sfb hit max then maybe yes you could hit 150, average most likely 100

I don't feel the problem is how strong Taos are, it's that we already have most of our best skills and our very best are dropping (rarely but still dropping).

Once sins, archers and wizards have their best, then it will be much more balanced. Nerfing Taos now will only make them horrible to play when the other classes have caught up.

Ye Ye. All sins will wait months to get shadow step to stat being usefull vs taos...

SwiftFeet will counter deva, but is it ever going to drop... Isit even in drop files... Probly only in orcs, Em all the top end bosses... This skill shouldn't even be that rare IMO, was never that rare on any server, even offical.

I personally feel that the newly coded deva commands should not have included permanently attacking the target that the tao hits (regardless if it gets hit or aggros anything else)

It's very anti-fun to play against when you can practically never get running against a tao with deva out. This can be a problem in small skirmishes, which is what 90% of the server wide pvp is nowadays.

It not fun trying to kill a warrior spamming shoulder dash either and then one-shotting one of your mages.

Then that's a warrior/shoulder dash related problem, and should be looked into instead of making deva screw over the other 3 classes.

tao is a support class not an assault class.... they are not maded for solo lvl or take the piss out of melee classes in pvp!!!

I keep hearing this but every mir i have played a high level tao with all skills played well could win most pvp.
Some servers disable poisoncloud in pvp.
Most people dont play to pvp the fights are just something that happens sometimes.

Tao vs tao even matchup

tao vs war drama war shoulder dashing tao knocking nobody dies but tao can win in long run depriving war of pots
tao vs archer archer wins as long as he isnt a tard wait for tao to cast and AB him then 1 more hit and tao is dropped
tao vs wizz tao atm has the advantage when wizzies have FF matchup is even btw wizz can tamestun deva to disable it
tao vs assassin tao wins with deva till assassin gets shadowstep then he wins 80% of the time

thing is tao is a hyperscaling character in pvp.
see it as lulu mid before the nerfs she has so much utility people have a hard time dealing with it but getting rid of literally all the damage is not a solution because itll make them negliable just let your guilds tao purify everyone and psn which ends up in some stupid no dmg who is better at puri psn spamming war is this fun? No it is not.

stop whining about other classes so you can dominate pvp.
just fovus them down in teamfights since that has been the anti tao tactic for ages deva cant attack multiple enemies at once


each class has their op

Tao: deva, curse
Wizz: Flamefield , mshield
Warr: shoulderdash,Tdb
Archer:Ab ,high single hit damage
Assassin:massive sustained damage,invisibility while moving

stop crythreads so that one class wont have their op stuffs ,I remember samuel opting in beta to give warriors Rage at level 20 if that wouldve gotten through who knows what wouldve happened
