I am i right in beliving taos dont get a pet untill lvl 26? why is this its very annoying uv made mobs much harder and removed the taos only really good low lvl skill?!? plz explain it?

So not only do we not get pet till 26 and then we still need to find the book tht seems quite rare as iv not seen 1.
