Just having trouble adding a mob into the mssql database, everytime i add it then close the tbl it just disapears, as if i never edited it.

This is usually the result of editing while the SQL DB is in use and can be very annoying as this has happened to me but i was adding 50+ items >.<
What you should do is right click on the desktop and then go on 'New' then click 'MS Access App' then open up SQL and get to the screen of where you can see your server TBLs and right click in an empty space and go on 'All tasks' then 'Export Data' when it comes up follow the instructions, the 1st bit will be SQL just click next then save it as a Access type and direct it to your new empty MS Access App on the desktop and export everything to it.
Now you can edit your DB as much as you like and you won't lose a thing *providing you save every now and then lol* then when your happy with your edits, open SQL, DELETE the DBs you want to overwrite and import them from Access. NEVER just over write them because it can cause the data to sync with whats there thus meaning that you will have doubled data and make your server lag like hell.

anyone with a very laggy server, use this method and use Access to check you don't have doubled up data because this can be overlooked and cause a few issues.
