Do you need a Host?

Hello, i want to host a Mir server.

Here is what i want it to have:

Max lvl 255
High Stats
lvl 1-10, 10-20, 30-40,40-50,50-60 lvling places etc..
Hunting Caves where you find items for different lvls.
SubakWall owners should get something special.
Many NPCs with quests, and Talking mobs.
Duelling Place.
Events.
Good GMs.
Lots Of Bosses and rare items.
KR teles.
Marrying system.
And Other great stuff!

Maybe get a little bit of a reputation , like get wel known and more people will be more likely to ask you or let you host.

if you've only just joined lomcn, why not make a server yourself or learn to make one, then people will maybe let you host their work.

Well i tryed build my own server before. but it sucked so much :/. I do making reputation at DarkSide server atm . I have 8MB connection. Here in sweden its possible to have 1GB connection for private. Well i think my 512 ram works really fine.....

If you got an 8MB connection why not a simple test?

go here www.lax.speakeasy.net do the speedtest, then minimize the window and take a screeny of the page with lomcn as the backround.

Here in sweden its possible to have 1GB connection for private.

Local network? Even direct connections the the internet don't go 1GB tbh.

i know for a fact no on is offering 1GB service. the highest you can get atm is T6 in america. (maybe T9 not that i know of anyway) and Detritus is quite rite. u wouldnt buy 8MB conection every month is you have a sluggy pc. if you do have this i would love to see some proof " www.lax.speakeasy.net " and i would sugest investing a little more into your pc than with ur ISP.

8 Mb line doesnt cost much outside the UK.

i pay around 40-50 quid each month , u would get 2 Mb for that !!

Depends on where you live. you can get it for that price in sertain areas in the UK. i know some 1 who lives in canada who pays just over $100(about £40+) for a 200k conection. i know a few people from sweeded. not sure what conection they are on but its not 8mb (probely around 500k) but if they could get it for that price im sure they would. ill ask next time i speek to one of them

im from norway (close to sweeden) and a 10 Mbit line here costs 1296 NOK wich are around 100 Pounds.
