why would u need such a big connection anyway seems pointless in speding all that money im perfectly happy with my 1.1 meg not that i would say no to a 4 meg but any higher seems abit pointless lol.

i know for a fact no on is offering 1GB service. the highest you can get atm is T6 in america. (maybe T9 not that i know of anyway) and Detritus is quite rite. u wouldnt buy 8MB conection every month is you have a sluggy pc. if you do have this i would love to see some proof " www.lax.speakeasy.net " and i would sugest investing a little more into your pc than with ur ISP.

1) No such thing as "T6"
2) The fastest connection in the world atm in OC-768, which is around 800 GB down/700-800GB Up and its $15 Million USD.

There is a diffrence between a 100Mbit network and a 100Mbit Internet Line.

If you had an 8 megg connection which costs loads wudnt u splash out on getting a ram upgrade for 50 quid?

In Portugal it cost's just under £30/month for 8MB line.
