So After testing Flame Splash and reading the others comments it is still pretty weak in comparison to Destructive Surge, I like the fact that it doesn't Lifesteal as that would give the assassins too much of an edge in killing groups of monsters. But the proc chance and delay after blooms and the general damage it deals isn't really enough to counter most monsters comfort healing.
As for the other skills that have been brought up I will cover them below.
Hellfire - This skill isn't the best for dealing damage but the Dot Burn it puts on a foe does stop Comfort healing so I think it's perfectly fine and doesn't require a change.
Summon Puppets - Personally I love this skill when I can use it I do with a stone the effect is useful, However I understand why it's been limited. If players can pull together a lure and then drop them onto other players to kill them that it's a little unfair. And could be used with wraith grip to stun them after you dropped the lure onto them. So I honestly think keeping this ability locked off some maps is fair.
Dance of swallows - Again another skill that I am fine with being locked as Jamie locks Becon, Interchange, and Geo-manipulation so it's not just an instant win button in pvp/pking on levelling, and gearing maps. It still has it's uses in Sabuk wars.
Flash Of Light - I am happy with how this skill works currently.
Karma - Don't really use it often with the exception of high health subs or bosses as it can be a nice opener. PVE side might warrant a slight change but cannot really say for the pvp/pk side as never used it on a player.
