Request Does anybody know how Blink works?

Hi does anyone know how Blink works please?
I have ticked most of the MirKit and some other selection items but I am not sure what this does?

Don’t think items can blink like humans mate

Blink should add the Spell.Blink in you Skill list.

Blink it self, is a teleport you to your cursor location.

Item tool-tip does not include SpecialItemMode

This reminds me of running into this Chinese player on the official mir2, it was on WW map at night and he was asking me for a 'match'. I was dumbfounded for a while until it dawned on me that he is asking for a torch. I had mine and in the light from it, I didn't notice he didn't have torch. I usually carried spares and gave him one

I believe he looked the word up in a dictionary and picked probably the worst matching expression.
