Does slow affects the length of FC or blizzard? I get slow +2 Warmagestaff. useless..

I get a slow +2 Warmagestaff.... but I do not find significant increase frozen chance of FC or blizzard...

That is because it's only + 2
There has already been a thread about this where Sam explained it all

It gives you a better chance to hit slow, it has nothing to do with length

i had 5 slow on my assassin and i slowed every mob 1-2 times such a dura saver slow has to be the best stat to add on any assassin + wizzard imo.
