Well this is my first time getting this error I do not know what it is and i do not know what it does so any help would be great

format the disk usually solves it. its because of corrupt data segments.

Try a defrag first b4 formatting, could just be a bad section.

there may still be some bad sectors on your HDD i had that problem once i just had to set up partitions and keep so many gb raw, that worked for me when everything else failed
