That psp is just rubbish and expensive??

Ok, so i just bought my psp , value pack today for 130quid (very cheap considering its 180 in argos) + a game GTA = 32quid = 162quid in total. Now, when i got home i was very exited but its just crap.

Yes it has "cool"stuff and beats boredom at times ... but really its a waste of cash no..?

had my psp since UK launch day, and im never without it, its my permanent source of music, and games are easy to carry around in portable UMD cases that are like £5 for 5 from GAME, so if i have a free lesson at sixth form i can just sit in common room and jam on my psp

every penny i have spent on PSP has been worth it... actually besides the game "Ape Academy" that's a ****piece game

your entitled to your opinion on the Psp, but i love my psp and i am never without it

OMG. How can you think the PSP sucks. Its graphics are if not better than equal to the ps2 also the PSP has many more features. But every1 has there own opinion

Edit: BTW kud I dont understand, what are the UMD cases for?? do they sell UMD's without their cases for cheaper, so you have to buy a UMD case?

I have also had mine since the UK release date, when I first had foolishly updated it to Firmware v2.00 not knowing that id not be able run homebrew . Few months later the downgrader was out and opened a whole new world for the psp. Have you looked at the homebrew sence at all? The main site I use it www.pspupdates.com. Hope this may swing your view point .

my psp is version 2.0.1 lol, but i know someone who will trade me his 2.0 for my one then i can downgrade it and put lots of games that i can just download on it but i feel its pointless, because most of the games are bollex. Today as i bought need for speed + gta , waste of cash btw the cars look like toy cars ... its as if i was playing with them toy cars moving them ... (in nfs)

You can still play homebrew on 2.0.1 using the GTA Cheat hack , heck you can use some homebrew on 2.60 lol, check pspupdates forums for more info.

I've had my psp for a couple of months now, mainly use it as a portable media player, rarely play the only game i have, Burnout Legenss even though it is an amazing game.

I got my psp with Burnout + Star wars + Robots film for £100, with the boxm cables, everything, then get a 4GB HardDrive for christmas to go with it ^.^!

The screen that psp has is good enough to support some of the best graphics around, whether the processor is capable or not is another question :P

As GTA on psp isnt no where near the graphics of the GTA on ps2, so i believe.

But what i do believe is, theres alot more to be shown on the psp but the problem being, its just more and more spending like the tv aerial output thing.

I have a PSP v2.0, I downgraded it to play homebrew but upgraded it to 2.0 again because it was a tad buggy.

I like it, but I rarely ever play it.

huh ok, so now im trying to put a wallpaper/ music on it but it dont work, i mean i took a cable from my digital camera, fit it into the psp and put the usb cable into the pc and yet i dont get that psp folder :S why?
