ok dont say check the ftp's blah blah cuz their all right its summin rong wid teh server i can play it offline but wen i try put it online it dont work im not on a router and ive checked every ftp and all the .cfg's 1000 times ne help?

try using NeoPuma's serverstarter www.leocrasher.co.uk use that to changes the IP's

This used to happen to me everytime i tried to change the name of the server (from ktest to anything else)

Try making sure all ini files, if they mention servername say ktest and also your mir install dir has the correct server name listed.

P.S. i couldnt get a server starter (with a name change facility) to work, the only one that works for me is a simple early version, it only lets me change the IP for the server then starts it up.

try turning your firewall off, my server wouldnt run even though i allowed access to all the gates etc on all ports.

As soon as i turned the firewall off it worked first time

there is a few server starters that have that facility e.g. mine :P
