The modified date of the patcher is 22/08/2016 15:42, if you don't have anything close to that time then you haven't downloaded the latest version

Whats in your client folder, have you managed to launch the client before?

yesterday i could connect. today with the old launcher it stopped at "connecting attempts" and now with the newest update the client crashes
