Hello!

Well after a long time DragonMir will be coming back, I mainly advertised this on ragezone back in the day of 1.4. And I would like to bring it back as 2.3 also I am not a fan of pre made server compiles as your limited to what you can fix. So this will be based off the DiamondM2 source code.

Current New Features:
Retail legendofmir.net Monsters Database
Retail legendofmir.net NPC Placement
1024x768 DragonMir Client! v1.2 (Will be used for beta)
1024x768 DragonMir Client v2 32bit Colours(Way too buggy for beta)
5x EXP Rates.

What to expect in the 1024x768 client?:

Well as we know mir2 was never complete in the 1024 resolution department, so I have had to basically guess placements of buttons and images. Nearly everything is working in the 1024 client. The only last issue is the interface buttons of logout,exit,mailbag.

What interface is being used?:
Currently I am using the old euromir style interface as its one of the best.

Please note, this is a upcoming server and I will start work on the website this week. I am still working out bugs and kinks in the client before I start a beta test.

User suggestions and ideas are welcome!

DragonMir is based in its very own server farm so server faults would be fixed very quickly.

Have you noticed most servers out today are low rate servers and none of them to be honest r any good because its just too damn slow, we all r used to high rates and thats what we find fun :P

was just an opinion up to you at end of the day, very doubt you will get a nice user count if it takes 2 weeks to get level 40!. Anyway I like your ideas you got me interested!

Im thinking balanced rates, not too low but not over the top high where you hit one mob and get 3 levels. That's not fun haha.

If your thinking on it 24/7 for 2 weeks not many people do that :P

But if you add quests and its lr please make the quests usefull

Euro was the best server ever up, and if someone can re-create that with some new features, maps, items, etc then i dont see why a lower rate server wouldnt work.

Cause euro had 500+ ppl online.

With a euro clone u would be lucky to have more than 3ppl online at the same time

Everything is working perfectly apart from the interface bugs I mentioned. Which I am in the process of fixing
