Driver poroblem

I have a yellow (!) next to "USB Mass Storage Device" and have no idea how to get rid of it, or fix this problem

i have been getting a blue screen error a few times recently, and trying to stop it, and looking at drivers, this COULD be whats causing the blue screen.

Anyone know how i can sort this out? :@

When the machine BSOD, write down the HEX error and put it into the search bar on http://support.microsoft.com - This will tell you what the fault is.

As for the !, this is usually a driver confliction. But could also be a faulty USB port as well.

The blue screen flicks on, then off instantly normally so cant get the hex error code :S
