OSR n that kind of gear off PB omas 1/10,000

I don't understand how 1/40million rates on this server are justified. surely you realise they will never drop?
I no he is working on the drop files and as he has stated its a ongoing thing. But, i'll say it again. A lot are leaving due to knowing unless they boss hunt they don't stand a chance on this server.

My opinion Give mobs there own drop file aswell as keep this mass drop you seem to have coded to most mobs.

Reduce scythe dropping off axe oma from 1/40million to 1/500,000 (even then be lucky for one to drop camping PB for a month or two.

I have come to a stand still now, I log in and think **** this and just cba. I did enjoy PT/PB lvlin...but now I just think whats the point, I aint gonna get nothing. Which is the excitement of levelling to me, you stick at it because every mob you kill theres that chance your going to get something good.

it is a problem that people got access to the drop files.
'what you dont know doesnt hurt you' type syndrome here.
regardless of any drop file math, there arent many good tier items or spells ingame after i dont know how many weeks of that tier of boss being killed.

the server has gone past full swing, and the gradual decline in user numbers has started - which is normal. people are leaving before getting a decent kit / hunting all caves / using the most fun spells. that i see as the problem. many wont have the time or application to get the likes of FF. when i started this server i had a vision of FF lvling / pking, and rolled myself a wiz as i enjoy that.
i also enjoy boss hunting to get the ff - but have done a lot of this now and am wondering when we will get to use the best and most fun parts of the server?

im sure others had similar ideas of trying to upgrade their wsb for a dss for example - im not saying dish out FF books or anything for that matter - but lets get some cool things ingame on at least a few people, as that will act as motivation in itself.

The lack of a decent item from normal mobs has been the downfall of this server for me.

Even bugcave dropped the likes orchid and red flower gear on most servers I've played. Not stupidly common but they did.

I understand you can't just have everything at once and it is a big risk putting endgame gear/skills in the drop files because they could drop 10 times in a row. Unlikely but possible.

Still wonder what beta was for? Drops, skill balance, levelling speed and warrior boredom would have been what I asked people to test. Could have stuck drops in at 1-100 and then added 0s as you see fit. But it looks like we are doing the testing now.

Don't get me wrong it's a great server just a few things that should have been different.

How is the average gamer 10 hours a week going to get anything worth playing for. There definitely not going to get anything higher then the level 38 skills.

most new before the drops were leaked how bad the rates were. But they are 10x worse then expected

tier of items would be say power/vio rings, lvl 30 weaps, and maybe even do it for 38+ spells.

quest would be something like - kill 5000 foxes for a random item of that tier (lower chance of weaps or w.e)

carrot for donkeys. people would log in and track the quest like their exp bar when rushing a lvl. it will give the cave players what they want - they cant expect to get a heaven arm or something if thats the way they play - and will give boss hunters something to do inbetween spawns. ultimately gets ppl in caves and out of sz's - if they are still logging on at all.

To make things worse accessories drop dura way faster than normal, pretty much after every other hunt im repairing kit.Fair enough you have really rare drop rates on accessories aswell but then when dura drops so quick on here most people be scared to use them lol...

To be fair samuel people are right you've gone from one extreme to the other, Acem2 was far to easy items dropping way to much and slotted items here you've gone to far.

Drop rate are worst than euros from what i can remember and a lot less people are playing here than what played euro so even less chance of items dropping. Me, zombiesenpai, josh, titan are sometimes on till 5-6am uk time after being on all day repeating, omaking, mirking, antqueen, oks, full bdd boss wipe out and we've yet to even have a 30 weapon drops ****ing stupid, like our team speak gets exicted when a bene drops....

It would be nice to know how the changes are progressing, not asking for him to tell people what drops where or what the rates are, but at least an update of I have revamped 10%, 20% etc., people don't like silence on key issues.

If it is taking longer than expected (which it may well do, he is only one guy and human after all) then it would be an idea to announce that. It may even be an idea to share his method, because clearly if he is editing them all by hand it will take forever to tweak. Others might have ideas that would make the task easier and less labour intense.

Just take a 0 off each different drop number and spice up the drops in different caves. hunt certain caves for certain items...

Would you rather hole server flooded then 4 months down the line the servers closes like Ace did? Fk me there's enough lvl 30 weps etc in game for not even a 2 month old server? Nobody wants items to be flooded but with odds like 1 out 40-50 million, just takes the piss a tiny little bit! if ya can't see that, then shame on you dude. he will look into it.

it just needs to be tampered a little that is all. level 40+ with lvl 26 items, its going to destory servers dude. people will leave and the server will slowly die. I'd rather this not happen.

Do you even understand in 2 more months there will only be 6 to 8 more level 30 weps with the current drop set up. There is zero chance on a 36 40 wep dropping for the next 6months

Please do something about the drop files m totally sick leveling in the same kit Except the Armour since lvl 26 ..

FFS dragon rings should be 50-70k max now as most of ppl are 40+
same as other MC and SC kit but Dc (melees) suffer more coz dura of items goin down fast
