BH i think you may have made a little mistake somewhere.

When you said that the high end bosses will always drop a "rare" i was expecting that list of rares to range from power rings, gbeads, kbracers, 8trig, hero beck OSR, greathelm. And the other class equivelants. Then the super rare items stay the same but as more would be killed knowing pots would be covered the odds would increase of those superrares.

I think having 43's in the list of guarenteed drop options is a foolish mistake but its too late to change it now.

Can these items drop from any standard mobs??? Or is it a boss only thing?
If its boss only its a shame and where servers go bad.
The "hardcore" will camp them, drive people from the server then get bored of no competition and leave themselves..

drops were changed for a reason.. and because people are spending hours hunting these countless boss's for items and your asking for all the effort people put in to be wasted like how things use to be BH said he changed it and its the way he wanted it... so there is no need for these posts at all.

and because you lot have got lucky you want to be the only guild to benefit the most from bossing 'these drops'

no point in complaining everytime u get something to stop it dropping.

They will quit anyway as soon as there s a new server coming. As much as i appericate BH's/Sam's work in this server, there has been to many changes and messing around in the last weeks, and to many of them not to the best of the server imo...

1 player got a DSS from BDD and others decided that instead of running past some rooms they decided to stop and kill, more boss kills more items, it really is that simple.

Players moaned about drops not dropping, now that stuff is dropping players are moaning.

I guess it really is not possible to win.

We didnt ASK for THIS... we asked for pot coverage instead of a kick in the teeth.. instead we got more than we bargained for..and as BH has said... alot of these items people are moaning abiut didnt even come from the new drop system. Dont make out like its somehow one groups fault these items are dropping... lookin at them all now I dont see how it would in any way ruin the server or make it boring? People are enjoying the new drops. Need to all Get a grip you mongs and play the fking game.

Random see it's random. People use the word but don't want it to apply to them. Drops are random. Entire game is based on chance random things happen. You hit 88 one time then 36 the next unless you have this wonky luck.
Some players like advantages. More levels better kit the only mir armour etc. They do anything to get advantage, level til their eyes fall out, use irl cash, rebuild pc, buy a new one, cheat whatever it takes. If everyone else gets same stuff they get upset.

Hi BH, Thanks for the response.

I think the "guarenteed item" should not have any super rares, only the items listed above with marbles and benes included.
then the super rare items stay on whatever chance they had previously. Thats just my opinion of course.

I guess the change has done what was inteneded and thats for all bosses to be hunted regularly.

The bit about the hardcore camping them on spawn times wasnt directed at you sorry BH, i wouldnt expect you to do anything about that.
Its more of a comment in hope that some of these "hardcore" players realise that manopolising the boss' and market will offer them next to no fun in the coming weeks as less and less playrs will be in a possition to compete.

I was killing a IKH the other day, and fair play to all off these players (TKO, ORG, TEAM) they ran past me, some said GL, some rev'd and poisoned it. noone tried to steal it or pk me.
Granted its not a top end boss, also at the time i believe there was a brawl for either DD or OKS so wasting time on me would be more of a hinderence. But more of that would be welcomed on this server.
If you have a group of 9 and you come across a group of 3 killing something you had hoped to kill just leave them alone and find something else? will greed allow you to do that?
I had run to get a IZT the following day and got there to find a wiz and an archer killing it ping pong style. I could have easily jumped on the wiz, izt would have made the archer rt at the very least and caused havoc until my guild came to "steal" it with me. instead i dropped 20mp infront of the wiz and stood back to watch. is this so difficult to do?
There is no fun in pking someone that doesnt stand a chance against you. (imo)

for some, the only reason to play is to pk especially if you almost certain to win. This made a few people I know give up on server in early days. Pk 3 times in one evening as a noob when tryin to level isnt much fun.

I've had to grind for my things. TKO have piled together and camping all the higher bosses and getting far too much stuff

jog on , weve all put months of effort in to get the drops we have. all moaning cause TKO getting everything . we were all in the same position going back a few months. its your own fault your not killing any higher bosses. Get a ****ing group together and go kill them if it bothers you that much.

Can people please stop whinging about TKO, it's not about TKO.
Can all the TKO please stop saying it's about you, it's not. Fair play you've been getting a lot fo drops for the work you've put in.

But it's too much, I don't care what you're saying, this is too much drops, the ones that need to be rarer are 40/43 weapons.

Tbh again there's too much, yes it's random, yes it's a drop chance, yes higher bosses should have a better chance at dropping higher kit, that's the point, but it's far too much.
From the start we've been struggling, I like that struggle, it makes the rares just that, "rare". But to go from a struggle to everything is ridiculous, which is exactly why so many people left when JMaces and that were dropping constant from PB, cause they'd struggled and now everyone got it easily.

It seems pointless arguing about this though, I just hope what I'm saying doesn't happen and **** hits the fan and everybody leaves, cause this is the best server I've played.
Hope it all works out, and again, GJ to all the team for the work they've put in.

We don't make it about us, everyone else does. Aint just gonna sit back and let people take piss out of us cause there not killin higher content to get the items we are, the drops are fine, team have gotten enough so far and think it should be changed so they have the advantage, buy as many chars with decent items as they want there still getnn flopped by a group of 8-9 of us. As for recruiting more members, we have a max 20 online at a time and like i said before 8-9 of us are the active hunters/PK'ers. Really, the drops are fine, it's what was needed and the ones who aint killing higher content think there missing out when there just being lazy and not bothering to kill higher lvl bosses or simply don't know how to, we put the time and the effort in and it's about time we were rewarded, it's a big and good change and for the better of the server. can never suit everyone.

You do realise, with the level "cap" being raised and the 40 items start coming in, it allows for new higher level content to come in and allows everyone to participate.

BH already knows this, and will introduce (if he hasn't already) new higher-end items that'll replace the 40-43 weapons in due time and those will be the rare items to go for. This is how a server progresses over several months. You simply cannot expect it to stay at a slow euro-pace because that's how servers die - nothing new ever gets added and nobody has anything to work towards.

Honestly I think you guys spend far too much time moaning on the forums, when if you'd put that time just grouping up with a bunch of people and killing a boss, you'd probably have these items yourself by now. TKO is effectively the new Curse10, they'll just be doing constant boss rotations because they realise now is the time to group up and boss hunt. TKO challenged Curse10 plenty of times and won plenty of times and got plenty of rares, because they grouped up and put the effort in.

Try doing the same.

And if there's simply too many of them or too little of you, then that's an entirely different issue. That would mean the guild cap of 100 would need vastly lowering, because we no longer have 600 users all trying to cram into 1 guild. I've seen maybe one post about this, but no thread asking BH to take a look into it.

Think about it logically before posting. Evaluate what the real problem is, then post.

even with no the guild cap lowered it will just be the inactive members that would be removed our guild is still strong and not even 40 people play in our guild we have about 20-25 players that actually boss hunt and thats all different time zones. so non of that will effect us at all just we normally wipe guilds out as boss.

if the boss' were only guarenteed to cover pot costs every time, the greedy people that are camping them every spawn would ease off and let others have a go.

look at KS for example whne it was changed to be the only boss dropping regularly. for over a week C10 had that cave pinned down. anyone that went in got killed. more people quit the server.
The "hardcore" or as i usually describe them lifeless dlcks who feel like they have something to prove by being "bigger" and "stronger" than others, need to realise that they are the ones that break servers.
Yes brawl with people that want to brawl, but cutting off content from those unable to fight or who have no joy in fighting just because of greed only drives people away.

Then when you have the best kit but noone to measure it up against in the urinals you will also leave and blame the server for being bad..

the only person to blame because you cant compete is yourself , weve all had the same amount of time to gear up. there are lots of bosses in the game , if one is being camped try another......

i presume this isnt the first time you've played mir . it has always been like this . dont like it go play WoW or something easier.

The problem i have is the fact that there's more 43 weps than 40 ingame now.....and most importantly these weapon are seriously op compare to 40 weps and even 50 weps

with the new items for higher levels if they are stronger than 43 weps it will just cause more unbalanced damage and whoever hits first wins, there is no fun in that

i am however happy that books are dropping
