1stly ive never taken any non prescription drugs so i have no idea about drugs but my brothers on weed all the time...but lately he keeps sneaking out teabags lol
are they used 4 some kind of joint? or is he obsessed with tea bags?

you mix the weed into the tea.... or else you can use the leaves in the tea bag to put it in the joint, and have a bit of flavour to it.

tbh dont like doing drugs, did them for 2-3 years or so, not worth it in the long run, i tried it i liked it, but not all the time.
