Can someone tell me the easiest set of files available to set up on a windows 7 machine? I remember holley was always a real pain and took ages to set up.
the files can be old job, just want to be able to change the ip to 127, install the sql db and run it.
Doesn't need any new features, as long as it has all standard mir3 NPC commands in for me to test.
help!
