let's compare it to tori then. same level, would beat me toe to toe and has higher dps.

Put 50 blades on tori and you wear your axe. You will higher dps and nob tori from dusk till dawn :P I agree assassin excels in PvE and has a wide range of spells that work in various environments. Backstab and ghost will be a nice combination to add to the mix.

still wouldnt fancy my chances if tori wears agil kit. we've tested before, i can't hit her 2/3 times. also i think the test should be done with luck7s, as they're a good example of another advantage sins have over warrs - being able to attain high luck.

Its only an 'advantage' because the DC on most sin weapons is far lower than the warrior counterpart therefore being easier to luck up. Dragonswords are still obviously a luck 7 target.

Fair point about agility though, a very good agility kit reduces the assassins dps by roughly 20% and reduces a warr or sins dmg by 40% ish.

All im saying is that the assassin advertised as the highest single target melee dps class does not live up to the advertisment.
The reason they were going to be the highest stdps is because of aspeed.

P.s i did say equal maxed out kit.
If tori is in agil 3/4 bracers you should be in acc3/4 bracers. If tori is in luk 7 you should be.
You know you are op. Stop pretending

i'm gonna do some dps testing with tori at some point to put this to bed finally. maybe sins were advertised as the highest single dps char on the server, but there are also other elements to sins that weren't 'advertised' which just so happen to make them awesome that are often overlooked. maybe we should look at these elements too.

and no, actually it's the opposite - i know i'm NOT op, i just know how to play. i've witnessed plenty of sins dominating in pvp (not to mention the boss soloing etc which warriors cannot do with anywhere near as much ease, and yes ive tried (and im OP remember!)). i also know that in the right hands with the right kit sins are perfectly capable at pvp. their dps is fine and will be more than fine once double slashed is fixed (today hopefully). wait for this update, then hopefully all of this nonsense can stop. oh, and you'll probably also need to invest the hundreds of millions of gold that warriors currently do if you do still feel the need to go face to face with the tank class of the server, sorry dude :/

nn! x

If you do some testing make sure its against mobs not the trainer.
I know you arent dumb but mob AC often gets overlooked when testing.

Tutles would be a good idea.
In equal maxed out kit, if you cant match maxed out kit (like dc 3 boots/belt/armor/helm/luk7) then ensure the other tester doesnt havr them on eh ;)

ill be in bed waiting

Sorry to disappoint mate but it will be on the trainer as thats the easiest way to test dps over time and get the data. I do realise this will be used as one of the excuses when the results show that sins are actually ok as i already get the impression youre a little worried now :p

Whole point is to show how OP tdb is, through AC, why do you think he chose mobs?
Would be pointless testing TDB on a low ac if not 0 ac mob...defies the point of it...

I understand perfectly why he suggested trainer (it'd be hard to miss raz's constant highlighting that the 2nd hit of TDB cuts through AC, he mentions it on average 1400 times a day). The advantage of doing it on a trainer is you can hit it constantly for say, 60 seconds, and when you stop it'll give you some stats i.e. total damage and average damage per hit. If you do this vs mobs it's trickier to record this information and I'd of thought this was fairly important if we're talking about damage per second.
