Is there a miximim amount of time that can be entered in the mongen for the amount of times between spawns? If so what is it?

As far as i know, there isn't a maximum. You could be a pain and set the respawn time to 9999999999 and reboot once per week, meaning that the mob would only respawn once per reboot.

Or script it via robot.

yes that was what i was trying to get at,, ie respawn time of 10080,, means a week between each killing, if it was to be a spawn of one, and cant get my head round the robot text side,,
