Error Extracting "??.txt"

hey, erm.. i've spent the last couple of days trying to find a desent set of DM2's couldn't find any so i thought i would setup a M3 server.. just for me to play around with.. well anywho.. i got some files.. erm.. LS3G?

and when i go to extract them it gets so far thru and i get this

then i get this afteri click OK

after i click OK on that error the whole program locks up and doesn't extract anything else

all i was wondering.. was is there anything really important in ??.txt in Market_Def.. can i not have it? is there any way to fix it? or can some1 give me some files that work >_>

are you using winrar to extract? which version?
a similar file is also on my mf.kaorimir.com

don't open the rar and drag files...
do this instead...
right click the rar and do Extract to LS3G-Chinese\

im using WinAce.. erm.. version 2.65.. also i do use the Right Click Extract To LS3G-Chinese\

=/ would it be wise to use WinRar?

used WinRar V3.62 it extracted perfectly.. thanks Kaori =)

1 other minor thing =P im sure if i just played around i could set it up.. but does ne1 have ne instructions to this? i've never tried 3G =/ is it anything like JoB??? xD hehe
