I just removed SP3 so i could run a 3.55 local server and i now get this error when trying to open the launcher.

It happens to all 3 of my servers i try on my pc and SP2 dont have run as admin.

re-installed the SP3 and still getting error :/

I searched the error on google and its something to do with a .dll ? :/
