Error with setup my client

hi all

I done everything step by step ( how to setup server 2.3 guide for VISTA )

and i downloaded everything, but when i clicked on 2-Set up my Client Files it said access is denied, here is the pic:

can anyone help me please??

are these not the .bat files tht setup your maps n tht

Set up my maps is working fine

but when i clicked on My client it gave me access is denid !! =(
