Well was all working fine, untill today when i go too boot up ma test server it gives me the following error, even gives me the error with untouched files..

Ne idea :-S ?

My guess is you've screwed up your Sabuk Castle file, so the Main Door won't load properly... If not, then it may be that you've deleted map 3 (Mongchon) from your MapInfo.txt, and still left the commands in to summon the MainDoor and side walls...

Try getting a new set of untouched files

Trying reinstalling ur BDE administrator... It's just a wild guess - but these server files should work, and if it happens on all of them it must be something wrong with something else on your system - so logically BDE administrator thing should be the first thing to check.
