Yeah was a basic firewall issue me bad. In other news the beta is really enjoyable early on and looks better than any Mir going, the fires have been lit this is banging.

I’ve been playing for 3/4 days now it’s really enjoyable… it’s up in beta for another month u can basically treat it as a live server most are fuxking trash after first week and everyone is lvl 788 with yellow glowing wings and warded swords
this friday im looking to be implementing my new client files which run dx11 using Vortice.
a few changed this comes with (please note my files never used the slimdx upgrade and were old directxsdk) .net10 and dx11
the launcher is a new .net10 launcher, the options are important, fullscreen will render the client in fullscreen borderless windowed no long exclusive fullscreen. this will push the client to the monitors resolution up 1080p. all resolution settings are for windowed mode only.
the options in the client also have a setting for locking the mouse to the fullscreen or allowing it to travel on to other monitors.
the new client is a 64 bit build allowing it to access more ram, it will run smoother, faster and better lighting abilities.

This update will be huge, all going well with the implementation of course. So exclusive full screen isn't an option anymore? Excited to see how it runs, fps etc as well as compatibility as I seem to have issues with black screen on 2 different laptops and for some reason can't have any success installing SDK on them but my PC is fine, I think possible due to windows 10 on the laptops.
the sdk issue if you get a failed message at the end of the install is because of some already existing framework files, its a pain in the arse, i cant wait to be shot of the old client tbh
