Help event info drop set

anyone know what this is? i cant seam to trace it back to anything. some mobs are set to 1-2 but i cant see the point in it

alsoooo while im on events, is the a timer to reset the event in the code? as in ive made a new event , got the pop ups while killing, killed the boss and set it the boss to - what ive set the spawn to but it dont seem to reset on its own.

any help would be great
