with all the servers these days staying up 5 days or so why dont wellall just team up and make 2 or 3 servers, with diffrent teams, that we can support and help make them, eg we can submit new updated db's and stuff, and every weeks or so we release their files so we can get more input from the cumunity, instead of having servers that go down after a very short time...

make the servers say like, 1 servr, exp 2-6 x and semi good stat items
the other exp 7-12x good stated items (high stats like frozen servers)


lets show wemade we can beat dragon and pheonix and mnake a proper cummunity!

Any decent Long term server that someone makes never ends up going live because the hosts are taken up with the waste of space servers that no one plays but stkill gets hosted.

I mean I started making a server a while back with my m8 something i would like to play myself so tbh i find it a gr8 server but everytime i try to find a host i get fek all. Aslong as some people waste the hosts the gr8 things wont go ahead.

m8, its been said many times before, and its a nice idea, but its just not feasable....the best team anyone can ask for is a host/creator who is open to suggestions, and a playerbase that will suggest fairly, and they must be able to compromise......

in terms of the poll, i cant vote, cos yes its a ****ing excellent idea, but the feasability of this happening is near impossible. However, that would only make good short term servers. Cos if u only have a choice of 3 servers etc, then theyres no real competition and the owners wont need to impriove much to keep their players.....

lots of servers = more choice and more competition, so people constantly want to improve. Simple law of business.

Gud idea but the thing is if every1s in the team who going to host? Whos going to gm? You gotta think! Every1 would wanna be sumthing lolz and not every1 has same ideas and stuff like 5-6 ppl want their db on server.

only reason it wont happen - is because people are too afraid of trying and not getting anywhere.

all it takes is afew people with good communication - and a server can become huge.

I've seen it done with other games - why should mir be different?

when I get abit more time - because I'm sick of joining servers every 2 weeks coz they keep going down..
I'm gonna try get a grp of friends together to make a good big server.

it will take a while for us to get everything up and running coz we gotta get server files and get it as glitch free as possible.

coz I'm sat at work at the mo - and I'm needing to get afew files from friends before I can start working on what we have done up to now.

Once I get a new Router (ours doesnt allow Port Forwarding or DMZ at mo) Im gonna host a server 24/7. Got a good PC sat there doing jack and a 1 Meg Line (soon to be 2 MB).

Gotta wait for the comittee to approve the cost for the router first though and when u work for a charity takes ages lol.

yeah - do hospital radio afew times a week -
..... took me 3 weeks to get a new chair, 5 weeks to get a new music CD....

getting a router though this... fair enough a charity.... but the NHS?
I might get one in about 90 yrs (about average waiting time for most things)

yeah but alot of my friends prefer to play the servers normally

on one server, my chara was a GM, and I lvld like normal, got items etc .. lol
just used GM commands to stop spammers, and annoy cheaters =P

ok, you's are on about , ohh who has a good enouth pc to run them ect, id host the servers, just i dont have a fast enouth connection, also, the gm's issue, although the severs will be more cummunity based then around gms and events, we would probably ave to ellect gms, yea it will be tough choosing, but if we choose correctly it will go fine. keep voting guys and peace!
