If he was doing a good job, instead of spamming and banning he would have locked this thread for 2 reasons by now...
1) because every1 is jus spamming on it and nothing is on topic
2) the thread creator is banned, therefore obviously doesnt need the help any longer

1.or he does some thing smart and ban the spamer for 3days with warning ?
