Evolution - Recruitment

Evolution are currently considering a recruitment drive to integrate with our current vibrant and friendly guild all recruitment applications will be considered by the council and will be approved or declined on Sunday the 26/10/14.

What are we looking for as a guild? .. we are looking friendly, sociable, active members who are willing to achieve great things by putting time and effort into the guilds and your success.

Key things needed to join Evolution guild:

*Must not be a child
*Must have means of communication through teamspeak
*Have a general knowledge of mir and the places within it e.g not a new player all together.

Some history about Evolution and our past for applicatants, well where to begin Evolution was formally Orgasmics a very sucessful guild within this server with over 30/40 active members nightly, we also held Sabuk wall for the longest period since the server began.

What our aims?

*Keep a happy guild
*Kill plenty of bosses regularl( which we already do sucessfully so youll just be adding to this)
*Have fun!

I would like a application to come personally to my private messages with the following information:

*Your character namd & any alts
*How long you have played mir
*Names on previous servers
*Current level and class
*How many hours of mir do you play each week.

Whats your greatest achievement in mir?
Can you describe a time where you have overcome a difficult situation? what was your thought process and how did you decide on the right course of action.
Have you any experience with working with difficult people and how did you overcome this obstacle?

How do you know I'm a member of Team? I haven't played mir in 2 months now so shows what you know. It's in pretty bad taste and also pretty ignorant to single out a guild for what 1 member said.

Team members will not want to join Evolution I can assure you of that and if they did they would of read the message thoroughly and sent me a private message like the genuine people who want to join Evolution have, I can assure you Tai is the right here.

You cant ever be sure people join learn from you then fk off and make a rival guild - ask apex or they seem really good support the guild and as soon a they are kitted out and trusted rob you blind do irl cash deals with their swag and join a rival guild. Mir is full of that which is why ppl who played for years stick together because they know who they can trust not to act like crooks.
