Personally I think it's very well designed, it fulfills it's purpose well, it's very clear and the information is laid out well. I don't really like the puzzle pieces on the "Our Mission" page though. I think they look a little odd, perhaps if they were squared instead of rounded and/or without that black border (perhaps try using the drop shadow that is used elsewhere) then I think it'd look better.

That site looks pretty much perfect, and to be really honest, i don't have absolutely anything bad to say about it. Well done!
