Anyone know how to solve this problem please?

Goto Your DBserver and LoginSrv Folders Inside them you will find UDDB and FDDB Folders, delete the contents inside each folder then reboot the server. This will wipe the current accounts and char databases. Hopfully this will sort your problems out.
