Donated twice last monday night before reboot.
Only received 40kGG instead of 80k GG.

Have Receipt of transaction, Have sent facebook message and forum message.

Have seen password retrievals done with 2 hours of post on forum.

Facebook message has been read, yet no replies.

Also Have protectionfield book in store needs changing.

Have been patient, just thats its been almost a week

As I said to you I have been very very busy and also had some personal stuff to deal what and have been unable to get time for your request.

You also have not sent the details I asked for in relation to the Paypal transactions.

Most of your posts and messages are in the middle of the night when most people are asleep, messages sents after 10pm will not be answered as fast as others due to the time it is sent at, as was said to you I am not a machine and have to sleep at some point.

We are still looking into your GG problem, it is taking longer because we do not have all the details we need.
Your book will be swaped this evening, if I manage to get time to log in game while you are, after 10pm is not a good time for any of the server team.

I am surprised you made this thread as everything said here has been said to you on Facebook at some point during the chat.

I message you to let you know I'm logged in. I have not been given a time of when to log in. Nothing more.

Your busy yeah, the messages are just a reminder that I still play. And still nothing had been sorted.

Seen a forum post during week about password retrieved. Was sorted within a few hours of thread being posted.

We never took the money , there is no history or proof of the transaction on our end, no money from your account has hit the chronicles account bar the ones you have received GG for.

After doing some research, it turns out you either used Paypal as a guest or just paid using your credit card direct to PayPal without going through any of the security systems (you never logged in) You made an insecure payment and this is the reason there is no unique transaction ID and is also the reason we are unable to find proof of the transaction.

We will keep looking into this on your behalf.

All your other transactions show up on our systems, and the system gave you the GG for them with no problems, this last one you say is missing does not show on any of the systems.
