FAO GM's:Missing GoldenElixer

I purchased gamegold yesterday and upon using a GoldenElixerBundle I only received 5 GoldenElixer's instead of 6 even though I checked bag before and I 100% had 8 spaces free. Not sure if there was glitched spaces in my bag or what, but I tried re-logging numerous times and still no luck. Could this please be looked into/investigated and also can I be instructed on how to reclaim this pot please? Thanks

Problem:
You are missing items in your bag, or you have opened up a bundle without enough space in your bag.

Solution:

• Create space in bag.
• Exit the game.
• Navigate to Config/Chronicles/
• Delete CharaName_BagItems.dat
• Log back into game.
