You can't really compare this Mir to the Mir we used to play 14 years ago.
This Mir runs at a higher resolution and has a very inefficiently coded lighting system. My laptop is rather old yet could play USA Mir and plenty of other private servers without issue. This server is completely unplayable on it.
This.. people with rigs that run BF4 and Metro at full whack with all the bells and whistles, yet BH claiming they should get a 'better' pc.. Nah, quit a poorly coded game is more like it.. Regards to the cheats, it's always the same old names that come up, regardless of technology changes, it's the same guys on speeders as usual. From playing euro and then p servers last 5 years I dare say I could name 20-30 who ALWAYS cheat, regardless of the cheat 'system' in place.. plenty on this server, the only ones who get caught are the utter retards who need to use them while fighting against others where they can be seen.. Anyone who thinks otherwise have their heads up their arse, files already deleted from my pc, lots of promise, but failed to live up to the expectations. Should have been beta, with option to donate 5 bucks a month if you enjoyed, I donated monthly subs 3 times, by that point, everyone of my guild had left and still watching cheats, while sat at the cap at 60.. Next question is as thiese set of files have been developed by the community, when are they being released? That WAS what was originally intended after the original coders had their crack at a server? Hmm can already hear the back-pedalling from here, still, if the melee pvp is this bad, why WOULD anyone want to use these files?
