Fate Bow Quest

I have talked to the bookshop Npc in BW who sends me to the weapon shop Npc. After reading what he says, I am sent to purgatory to talk to Celvin. He talks but doesn't send me to PI. Have I missed something in the quest so far? I have been told he sends me to get the fate book.
Any help would be great thanks

Hunted there for 14 hours with no book drop, and was told by another player I need to be sent to PI by the Npc first

Kelvin won't talk to you about the quest unless you have pk'd someone, that's why people refered to the fate sword as a sword for PK back on euro

I have PK someone by acciden, he was block ST door and I tried to power shot him away but hit spirit shot instead, still won't talk to me

good luck doing the quest at all on archer you cant even clear half the room before it kicks you definitely not enough time for archer to kill mobs hit to slow for the amount of time is given its like 60-70 mobs in 10 mins on archer is impossible im not surprised no one has complete it yet.

Same for taoist. Can't even clear the first half let alone the back of the room.
Level 7 Pets get raped and die with more than 2mobs. Do really low damage.
I'd be luck to clear 20 of the 60-70 mobs in there. Is this quest serious?

You need to be higher level aka lvl 32.

Seems like only sins have the damage to do quest room lol.

yeah its really stupid gm should really change it for each class (time limit or amount of mobs) i cant even clear half room before being kicked @34 and i see sins lvl 30 doing quest no bother.

still its ment to be 35 quest and basically impossible for archer even aldor said he cant even finish it at 39 something needs to be done archers aren't the best of class's because they hit so slow.. more time or less mobs in archer room

It might come as a surprise but there might be a bug related to the Hidden Cave that might work only for assassins. It has been reported and we will see
