fate sword quest - for warriors

I just saw a tao in bw with a fate sword has 12-16 dc and sc 1-3.. please tell me the warrior fate sword doesn't just have 12-16?

I dont see any point to getting this weapon :/ its a good boost for archer.. wizz and tao.... I dont see any benefit for warr. then again... fatesword for warrs has always been useless unless u were pking?

but even so for wizzes and taos now I think about it. Its a nice option to be able to do the quest for it like... just no real benefit?? unless im overlooking things. Otherwise get a 26 wep
