When i started listening to them in 2003 they wouldnt be on anyone here's lists

EDIT: and they certainly wouldnt be in the same list as 3 Doors Down or Coldplay, this is power metal we're dealing with here

Why so much Dragonforce?

Mostly due to the release of 'Through the Fire and Flames' as a single. Seems to have made them "big."

Hmm music... been listening to Darkest Hour, The Haunted, Dillinger Escape Plan and Kanye West a lot lately.

I bet you only listen to Dragonforce because they've become 'trendy' and 'cool'. You don't know the first thing about Dragonforce, you've never seen them live and youre telling ME how good they are. I, on the other hand, have seen them live, met Sam Totman, and have been listening to them since 2003. And I bet the same goes for power metal in general, too. Not that you know what power metal is, because you dont really know anything about music.
Go hop an another bandwagon, one which doesnt carry good music.
