Your DB server isnt set up correctly, check the ini/txt files and make sure DB info and IPs are correct.

This TFrmDBSrv.starttimer at the top of the DBServer normally means the settings are wrong or the DBServer cant read the settings files.

And its Hazuki not Suzuki ¬.¬
