After playing a wizard for a little bit (It's only level26) i've noticed most spells seem to cast a little bit faster than normal.

All I know its being ranged and hunting with a warrior can be a nightmare. Monsters tend to chase ranged and it starts looking like a parody. Poison Cloud is probably lvl 48 to make lvl 3 and it is no where near as it was on official server. It's damage ticks is not even worth mentioning considering the cool-down and the time it sits on the ground.

In what way? I recoded this recently according to information provided on here...
