FFS !!! Disconected ...

Im fed up of my connection, its getting on my nervs now, i tried everething i can think of and nothing seems to work.

My problem is that my connection randomly disconnects becasically whenever it feels like it. Like say im surfing the net and it just disconects only way to make the connection stable and to connect again i need to pick up the phone (the answering bit) and wait about 5 seconds, put it down then it will work. But sometimes not even that works, so i have to see what programs are opend like internet, or games and i need 2 close all of them then it will connect again ..

Please help i phoned the bt people they know **** all ... oh and its not a problem with my modem or my filter as i have bought new ones and i still get this problem.

Also im not "auto disconect" when theres like an option where you're pc disconects, aint that.

I have same prob with my isp... All the isp i am with care about is there cash -_- And i keep getting an email saying i am using too much bandwith in peak hours, even though my service is UNLIMITED lol -_-

i've read other thereads similar to my one, and bt have said that 2.2mb is unstable , so they fixed a guys problem by downgrading their connection to 1mb so its stable lol ..

You are on BT then have you checked all the options for the internet and yours is dial up? mine use to disconnect after 2 hours before are you sure its not that.

simple anser is dont go with bt they are crap :P their technical depart cant even disconect a service properly.
