To become a member of eBay, individuals must be 18 years of age or older.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

*Listing cancellation
*Limits on account privileges
*Account suspension
*Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
*Loss of PowerSeller status

So therefore it does mean you cant order :D when buying on eBay you are entering into a contract and to sign or enter into a legally binding contract you must be 18 years or older.
Wrong.

To sell on eBay you must be 18, to become a member, I dunnu what age but its lower then 18, So you can buy at most ages, and sell above 18. I think, unless eBay changed in the last year or so.

im 14 and ...so ?
just because im younger does not mean i cant order...
why u like bring my age up anyway ? it piss's me off because people dis-respect me for my age...
and think i am like stupid when i am better at computers then a lot of people here

As people have already said, if you type correctly, using correct spelling and good grammar, then nobody will bring up your age.

I'm not making this up, i'm telling you this from personal experience =p. When i was 14 i was an admin on this forum, and before that on the MSRF team. Obviously they don't care how old you are, they care more about how intelligent you are. In my opinion it isn't hard at all to type correctly, and anyone that doesn't should really be shot for lazyness.

Anyway, Happy Christmas all, and sorry to hear about that Skyline, but i'm sure that EBay will sort it out soonish.

.:EDIT:.

I lie, i was actually 13 when I became an admin of the forum - I even have my own calendar day to prove it o.O - http://lomcn.co.uk/forum/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=4&day=2006-3-21&c=1 (i only just found this, thanks Leo!)

What happend to me is this kud.

The transaction kind of went through, but only as far as notifiying my bank.

My bank have then put these transactions on "outstanding" therefore its not actually been taken off me, i just cannt see it in my balance/withdraw the funds as there waiting to go out. But ebcause Paypal have not taken it, it should re-appear in my account soon.

Contact your bank.
