So, thoughts on 13?
Haven't got that far yet but some of the characters I find really annoying lol. Hope most of all, followed by Vanille aka Rikku then Snow.
Also a bit gutted that Lightning isn't anywhere near as mysterious as say Squall/Cloud/Auron.

games awesome tbh lot of people slating it for not having towns and crap but thats cuz it is a FF if it was a stand alone game no 1 would say owt
gets hard in places ( am about 8 hours in now) die a fair bit but its nice that u dont have to start from ur last save again

It's a good game, just not as anywhere "cool" as FF7 or 10 tbh. It aint one of my favourites and I won't be re-playing it over and over and over like I did previous FF's.
Overall, I give it a B+ =P
I forgot to do the secret missions! Me and a m8 are both at chapter 12 and he hits for 10k+ and i hit for 3-4k so i think im gonna start again to do them, so gutted!
when are these so called secret missions? like around what chapter? surely a few secret missions can't add on 6k worth of damage

They do im afraid, he has +100strength rings x3 etc from the missions, level4 spells and hes only at the beginning of chapter 11, also gained access to teleport stone things. ><
Umm yeah, what secret missions? I don't rly wanna miss them.

As far as i'm aware, side quests dont really come in until chapter 11, and even then most are best left until the game is complete

Side quests start from the beginning of the game, the game will tell you. I simply forgot about them :S Google it or youtube it sure theres some helpfull info out there.

seconded, i'm yet to encounter a "side quest" you're pretty much on continuous linear missions until chapter 11 are you not?

i ended up grinding max stats i could get in the room befor lol
try go light Hope Snow when he use's destructo just hit him fast as u can till he growns the swap snow to sent and light and hope med should fly past him
